At Bluegrass Assisted Living, we have seen that sometimes caregivers simply need a vacation or short time spent away to rest and recharge themselves. If this feels familiar, then you may need a Short Term Stay/Respite Care program. The goal of our program is to provide temporary relief for primary caregivers from the continuous support and care of an adult with a memory care diagnosis.

Within our program, your loved one will be moved into one of our communities for a short period of time where they will be treated like a permanent resident. They will have the opportunity to join in on all of our activities, dining times, and other amenities that our full-time residents receive. This program’s aim is to offer short-term relief to you, as the caregiver, without the stress or guilt of your loved one’s care.
